‘Rubbing Shoulders’ by Marc Rosen

‘Rubbing Shoulders’ is a new book by designer Marc Rosen filled with fascinating and amusing personal anecdotes of his experiences and happenstances with the famous, infamous and unique individuals he has encountered over the past forty years.
Considered to be one of the world's foremost package designers, Rosen is celebrated as an Icon in the fragrance and cosmetics business. His talents have won him seven of the industry's coveted FiFi Awards, the Oscars of the fragrance World.  A Trustee Emeritus and Professor at Pratt Institute, where he was given an Honorary Doctorate degree, Rosen has taught the world's only Graduate Course 'Package Design Workshop' for over twenty five years.  In 2015, Pratt established its first full tuition Scholarship in his name for Graduate students in Design and Communications. 
Married to MGM film legend Arlene Dahl, he has had the opportunity to meet some of the greatest stars of Hollywood's golden age. Combined with his friendships with fashion luminaries and his natural curiosity of human relationships, he has rubbed shoulders with some of the worlds most fascinating people. 
‘Rubbing Shoulders’ take the reader behind the scenes into the world of glamour and celebrity that Marc Rosen has lived for over four decades.  His stories are ironic, outrageous and memorable, written by the man who has lived it.  They include; Princess Grace of Monaco, Tom Hanks, Bette Davis, Pope John Paul II, Ginger Rodgers, Karl Lagerfeld, Barbara Stanwyck, Joan Collins, etc.
